A. The Call for Abstracts for the 2018 conference is closed. The 2019 Call for Abstracts will be open early 2019.

A. Lunch is offered on a complimentary basis for full conference delegate badge holders. Instructions will be given onsite about lunch tokens, check with the registration staff on arrival.

A. Please bring valid Photo Identification (passport, driving license etc.) as well as your registration confirmation.

Q. Can I access the conference with my exhibition badge?
A. No, the conference rooms are only accessible with a delegate badge. You can purchase the delegate badge here

Q. Who qualifies for the reduced delegate badge concession rate?
A. Only the following delegates can make use of the concession rate: serving law enforcement, government employees, current students not-affiliated with companies, and academic staff. Please note that you will be requested to produce evidence onsite of your qualifying status by way of your official work identification unless you are attending in official uniform. Retired or former law enforcement that currently work in the private sector do not qualify for the concession rate.

Q. Can my colleagues and I share a delegate badge?
A. No, each delegate badge is individual for the duration of the event. This is in compliance with local laws, attempts to bypass event registration will be dealt with accordingly and could result in ejection or banning from the event.

Q. Do I have to stay in one track the whole time?
A. Not at all, you can select any session or track that may interest you and swap rooms at any time.

Q. Where can I view the most current agenda?
A. The latest agenda and confirmed speakers is available via the event app or on the website.

Q. One of the speakers or sessions I wanted to see has now disappeared from the agenda. What happened?
A. This programme may change due to unforeseen circumstances, the organiser reserves the right to alter the venue, sessions and/or speakers.

Q. Can I receive the presentation slides from the conference programme?
A. Due to the nature of the event and sensitive content presented at the Conference, many speakers do not wish for their presentations to be circulated post event. We will try our best to make as much of the content available, however, the only way to guarantee full access to the presentations is by attending the event in person.

Q. Where will the conference proceedings be published?
A. The Arab Journal of Forensic Medicine and Forensic Sciences will be publishing a special inset with the proceedings resulting from the 2nd GCC Forensics Exhibition and Conference. The material will be available via the app as well as on their own website.

QDue to unforeseen circumstances, I can no longer attend the conference, can I get a refund?
A. It is not possible to cancel delegate places once these have been booked. If any delegate is unable to attend we will accept a substitute delegate at no extra cost. Please notify us in writing by emailing

Q. Can I take photos in the conference rooms and exhibition?
A. Photography is permitted in the conference, unless specified by the speaker. Filming, photography and/or recording of specific Exhibitors and stands is permitted on receipt of permission from the Exhibitor. We will have an official photographer onsite for the duration of the event and the photos will be available after the event.


Q. How can I register myself and my colleagues for exhibitor badges?
A. We will send a link and log in details for the E-ZONE to the main stand holder to register for exhibitor passes before the event. If you have not received login details, please contact us.
